Chinese Dinner

Today our Chinese foregin teachers made us a Chinese Dinner. Most of it was really good. One dish had fish chopped up, you could still see the scales and everything. I did not try that dish since I am not a huge fish eater but my brother did and he even tried the eyeball, but it did not get that far. It just went back on his plate. All that I put in my mouth was very good. I think I need some recipies for some of the food they prepared. I am very surprised how much I liked the food. Maybe I should only eat Chinese food, but wait, I really love American food, way more than anything else!!!!
