I replied Monday night and it was hilarious!
I put some flour in a container and on the container it said, "Search the flour for your answer...I promise you it's in there. Audrey C." Inside the flour I put a piece of paper and all it said was, "No." Then Taylor and me went over to his house to give him his answer.
I went to the door, put the container of flour on his doorstep, rang the bell, and RAN! Then Taylor drove away over to Brayden's house and just sat there, waiting. We drove around a bit. Taylor texted Micheal and see if he had gotten an answer yet. He texted back and said, "She said no." It was the saddest thing ever. I felt so bad. But he gave me a billion beans to search for his name so he had to have some rejection at first.
We kept on driving and then we decided that we better mend his little broken heart. Step 2 of Operation Answer Micheal was in process. We drove to his house again and I had to do the whole thing over, except I had an actual flower with a note that said, "Oops, wrong flower.... YES!!!" (this flower was purchased right before we gave him the flour). Went to his door, rang the bell, and RAN, then Taylor drove over to Brayden's again.
Taylor then gets a text that says, "Never mind, she said yes."
We go to Brayden's house and Brayden comes out to the car. And he tells his little story of Micheal. Micheal had texted him saying something like "I guess I'm not going to Prom, she said no." And Brayden is trying not to give anything away (which he did very well at) and is comforting Micheal saying, "Oh no, I totally thought she was going to say yes." And once Micheal found out that Brayden knew the whole time he freaked out saying that he thought Brayden was really trying to comfort him, but no! What a bunch of lies!!! :) Taylor got these texts from Micheal and I thought they were hilarious, so I had her forward them to me :) Here they are:
- Flowers. Evil, Smart, but evil.
-That was good! The no in the flour was a cruel touch. Although the rejection factior just added to the whole thing.
-It was funny. Not at first, but then my stepdad started laughing at me when the flower got dropped off, and then I had to laugh. I definitely deserved that.
-Well everyone was excited when the flour came, and then the mood completely defalted when I found the no in the container. My mom and stepdad kept searching for another paper. I was pretty dejected. Then a couple minutes later, the flower came, and my stepdad answered the door. He just started laughing. He thought it was a good way to get me back for the beans.
