PROM

I blogged about getting answered to PROM and answering back. Now here is the post of the actual PROM day!!! :)

We went to the temple around 6:40 (at least that is when I got picked up). I was sorta upset at first because I get up at 6:30 on a regular school day. But it soon was blown over and I am so glad that the boys decided to go to the temple for the date. It provided such a wonderful atmosphere/mood for the date. It was a fantastic way to start off the day/the date!

After the temple we went to Josh's house and had breakfast there. We walk in and the table was all set and it smelled so good! We had an Orange Julius, Eggs with meat in it, and Crepes. Oh my, those were good! I don't think I have ever had crepes that good ever!!!! And Brayden called them creeps.

Went home for about 2 hours and I took a nap (ah, heaven!) and then got ready for the 2nd part of the date. We went to Michael's house and had sandwiches and chips. Brayden went a little to heavy on the Kool-aid with the sugar. We played Apples to Apples and just talked. That was fun!

They took us home for about 3-4 hours and Audrey and Taylor came over to my house. Taylor did Audrey's hair and mine. The top looked amazing, but for some reason the bottom of my hair absolutely refused to curl!!! It was so frustrating! Oh well, we had no control, so we just left it like that. They left to get ready and then I finished getting ready.

They picked us up and we went to TUCANOS! That place is delicious! I love the fried pineapple and oh my, that place is just so good! At the salad bar I tried a Quail Egg. It was ok, I would never eat it again. Michael and me agreed on the taste. It was watered down, there needed to be a stronger flavor. I for some reason tried Sushi. I don't know why because I don't even like fish, but it was there so I thought I might try it. Well, I tried it, don't like it. Oh well, I tried it! Then I tried a Chicken Heart! It was actually pretty good. It tasted just like chicken :) But when you thought about what you were eating you sorta thought gross, but I would have one again.

The other girls in my group and me went to the bathroom a few times so we could unzip and breathe! Those dresses fit before we ate! :)

Went and had our pictures taken at Brayden's sister's house. Her husband is a photographer. The group picture took forever because the room was so small. But it was hilarious! He was so funny, and he partly climbed out of the window (we were on the 2nd floor) so he could get us all in. Then we did individual/couples.

Then off to the dance! We were only there for I think an hour! We had so much fun! And Micheal actually danced near the end!
Prom was so much fun! I loved it!!! 

All the boys and Taylor came over to my house after so my mom could "read their faces." Then they just stayed and talked. And that was pretty much it!
