The Lights on Temple Square

My favorite nativity scene  

Right before the week of finals a group in my ward went down to to Temple Square to the the lights. It was a bit cold, but seeing the lights on Temple Square felt like Christmas! I loved seeing the Nativity Scenes. One of my favorite things though was when a few of us went to see the Christus. It was obviously crowded on a Friday night close to Christmas, but that is what I liked about it. Most of the kids in the room were gathered around his feet. Some parents were showing the nail prints on His feet. It was very touching and it reminded me of the true meaning of Christmas.

We had so much fun and there was a lot of picture taking. It was a great night!  I love the spirit of Christmas!
